About the Role 

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Client Service team. You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, owning day-to-day campaign delivery while working closely with our creative, media, and strategy teams. This is a role for someone who already knows how to run accounts well and wants a team that will match their standards. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and grow relationships with assigned client accounts 
  • Coordinate the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns 
  • Brief internal creative and media teams, and own project timelines and deliverables 
  • Prepare and present campaign proposals and status updates to clients 
  • Monitor budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope 
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts 

 

What We're Looking For 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a client service or account management role, ideally within an advertising or communications agency 
  • Strong grasp of integrated marketing campaigns and media channels 
  • Ability to question a brief, spot a problem before it reaches the client, and push back constructively when something doesn't add up 
  • Highly organized, able to run multiple accounts at once without ignoring the details 
  • A polished, professional presence with clients and colleagues, in writing, in meetings, and under pressure 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in Greek and English 
  • A respectful, collaborative team player who raises the standard of the people around them
