At Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus, we’re looking for a Copywriter who leads with ideas, not just words. Someone who can crack a brief, shape a concept, and then express it beautifully across platforms. Someone who sees advertising as thinking first, writing second.
You’ll work closely with Art Director, Senior Copywriter, the Graphic designers, the Strategists and the wider team to turn strategic briefs into strong, distinctive concepts and bring them to life through copy that people actually care about.
Develop strong creative concepts across integrated campaigns
Write copy for social media, digital, video, radio, print, and brand platforms
Lead the copy thinking from first idea to final execution
Collaborate closely with Art Directors to shape cohesive creative ideas
Translate strategy into clear, compelling storytelling
Adapt tone of voice across different brands, audiences, and channels
Participate actively in brainstorms, creative reviews, and presentations
Support and inspire junior team members through feedback and collaboration
Stay culturally curious and tuned into trends, platforms, and real-world conversations
5+ years of experience in copywriting, agency experience required
A strong portfolio that shows conceptual thinking, not just execution
Excellent writing skills in both Greek and English
Clear ability to think in ideas, campaigns, and systems, not isolated lines
Confidence in writing both short-form and long-form copy
Strong understanding of brand tone of voice and consistency
Ability to take feedback, challenge ideas constructively, and evolve concepts
A collaborative mindset with ownership, initiative, and creative confidence
Experience working on integrated or large-scale campaigns
Strong understanding of social and digital-first thinking
Experience presenting ideas internally or to clients
Personal projects, spec work, or side ideas that show how you think
