We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team. We represent Starcom in Cyprus, part of Publicis Groupe and one of the world’s leading media agencies, offering media expertise, solutions and strategies for forward-thinking brands.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Digital Media Manager who loves to evolve — both professionally and personally — and who stays on top of digital media, paid social and performance trends, consumer behavior and industry technology.
Location: Nicosia (Hybrid – 2 days remote per week)

Κey responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate in developing digitally-led and performance-driven strategies across paid search, paid social, display, video and programmatic.
- Work closely with fellow media managers and client teams to deliver integrated 360° and digitally-first media communications.
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube and Programmatic platforms (e.g. DV360).
- Manage budgets, pacing and bid strategies to maximise efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
- Define, track and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
- Produce clear, insightful reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Brief creative teams and copywriters with strong performance-led insights.
- Contribute to the development of fresh, innovative campaigns across multiple digital channels.
- Maintain strong working relationships with media platforms and technology partners.
- Ensure best practice in measurement, tracking, brand safety and platform governance.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new ad formats, industry trends and evolving consumer habits.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in Digital Media or in a performance media role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and Pinterest Ads.
- Strong understanding of GA4, conversion tracking and performance analysis.
- Confidence in managing data, budgets and optimization levers.
- Solid Excel skills; familiarity with Whatagraph or similar reporting tools.
- Platform certifications (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail.
