We are looking for a Digital Media Manager to join our team. We represent Starcom in Cyprus, one of the biggest media agencies in the world, offering media expertise, solutions and strategies for leading edge brands.
We are looking to grow our team, with a digital media manager who loves to evolve both on a professional and a personal level and always be on top of digital, social media trends, consumer habits and industry technology.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate in formulating impactful paid search, social media, and display strategies.
- Forge close partnerships with fellow media managers for comprehensive 360-degree and digitally-first media communications.
- Initiate and optimize various pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
- Supervise accounts across diverse search platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, social media platforms like
- Facebook Business Manager, and display networks including Google Display Network and Programmatic.
- Engage in prudent keyword selection and precise audience targeting.
- Monitor budgets and fine-tune bids to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate performance and identify areas of concern.
- Generate comprehensive reports for clients and upper management, including dashboards.
- Craft captivating and concise ad copy, providing briefs to copywriters.
- Innovate and develop fresh campaigns spanning multiple channels.
- Foster and maintain alliances with PPC ad platforms and vendors.
- Devise strategies to mitigate the risk of click fraud.
- Remain current with emerging trends in PPC and search engine marketing (SEM).
Requirements:
- Demonstrated proficiency as a PPC Manager or Digital Media Manager for more than (min. 3 years)
- Proficiency in data analysis and generating insightful reports.
- Familiarity with SEO and foundational digital marketing principles.
- Preferred familiarity with various platforms, such as AdWords, Facebook, and Yahoo.
- Competence in working with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, and WebTrends.
- Basic understanding of HTML and XML, with advanced knowledge being advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical acumen coupled with a robust aptitude for mathematics.
- Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; AdWords certification is advantageous.
