At Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus, we’re searching for a Junior Copywriter who’s curious, observant, and slightly obsessed with words. Someone who notices lines on billboards, captions on TikTok, and headlines in the wild and thinks, “I could do that. Maybe better.” You’ll work closely with the creative and the wider team to turn briefs into concepts, concepts into copy, and copy into work that people actually want to read, watch, and share.
This role is about learning the craft, sharpening your thinking, and building ideas across platforms, from social and digital to radio, video, and integrated campaigns.
What You’ll Do
- Write copy for social media, digital campaigns, videos, radio, and integrated ideas
- Turn briefs into concepts, headlines, captions, scripts, and storytelling ideas
- Collaborate daily with designers and creative teams
- Support the development of campaign ideas from first thought to final execution
- Adapt tone of voice across different brands and audiences
- Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and concept development
- Learn how to present ideas clearly and confidently
- Stay tuned into culture, trends, memes, and what people actually talk about
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in copywriting (agency experience is a plus, not a must)
- Strong writing skills in both Greek and English
- A natural feel for language, rhythm, and storytelling
- Curiosity about advertising, brands, and creative communication
- Ability to write short, sharp copy as well as longer formats
- Willingness to learn, take feedback, and evolve your thinking
- Attention to detail and respect for brand tone of voice
- A team player mindset with a positive, proactive attitude
Nice-to-Haves
- A portfolio with student work, spec ads, or personal projects
- Interest in social media and digital platforms
- Basic understanding of advertising formats and campaign thinking
- A notebook or Notes app full of random ideas (highly encouraged)
