We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer
At Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus, we believe that powerful stories need powerful visuals — whether they move, interact, or simply inspire.
We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer who’s comfortable moving between static design, animation, and digital content. You should be a creative thinker with strong visual instincts and a technical mindset, ready to craft content that lives across social, web, video, and everything in between.
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in multimedia, digital, or motion design
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design work across static and motion projects
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
- Solid understanding of animation, composition, and timing
- Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats (social, web, video, digital display)
- Strong eye for typography, layout, and detail
- Ability to take creative direction and contribute to concept development
- Experience working with creative teams in fast-paced environments
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with sound design or editing
- Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or other content tools
- Interest in storytelling, branding, and digital trends
