At Innovation Leo Burnett Cyprus, we’re on the lookout for a Social Media Coordinator who can bring ideas to life, shape brand voices, and create content that cuts through. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies for a range of clients, managing calendars, working closely with creatives, and staying one step ahead of trends, algorithms, and consumer behaviors.
This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, content planning, performance analysis, and creativity.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management (preferably in an agency setting)
- Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Experience in creating and managing content calendars
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and analytics tools
- Up to date with platform changes, new features, algorithms, and evolving consumer expectations
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate data into insights
- Strong storytelling skills and ability to adapt to the tone of voice for different brands
- Experience working alongside creative teams and clients
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of paid media campaigns
- Ability to prepare clear, client-ready reports with insights and recommendations
- Fluency in Greek & English — written and spoken — with sensitivity to different cultural contexts
- Confidence in handling online community conversations, including sensitive comments or potential reputation issues
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with influencer collaborations or community management
- Comfort with social trends, memes, and real-time content
- Creative eye for visual storytelling (briefing or hands-on creation with design/video tools)
