The Challenge
Fashion retail content is everywhere and most of it looks the same.
In a market saturated with influencer posts, predictable poses, and repetitive retail visuals, KIABI Cyprus faced a familiar problem: how do you launch a Spring Collection in a way that feels fresh, modern, and desirable, without relying on generic studio photography or international brand assets?
The campaign needed to do more than show outfits.
It needed to build local relevance and elevate perception, delivering content that could feel aspirational while still staying close to the everyday Cypriot consumer.
The challenge was clear:
How do you make KIABI feel like it belongs to Cyprus, not just operates in it?
The Insight
Cyprus is at its most powerful in spring.
For locals, spring landscapes are not simply scenery, they are emotional territory: golden light, open fields, wildflowers, and fresh air that signal renewal and possibility.
Spring in Cyprus isn’t something people need to be sold.
It’s something they already live in.
So instead of bringing spring to the audience, the opportunity was to celebrate the spring Cyprus already gives them, and position KIABI as a brand that understands the island’s rhythm and beauty.
The Idea
Turn Cyprus into the runway.
We built the Spring campaign as a fashion editorial rooted in the most iconic setting of the season: the spring fields of Cyprus.
The concept treated the landscape as a creative asset, transforming familiar locations into elevated fashion moments, where the collection feels naturally integrated into Cypriot life.
Not staged.
Not imported.
But authentically styled inside the Cyprus spring itself.
The Execution
Creative Direction
The visual world was crafted with a clear editorial approach, built around:
- natural Cyprus light and clean skies
- movement in fabrics through wind and open landscapes
- vivid colours amplified by floral scenery
- styling diversity that showcased multiple wearable looks
The goal was to deliver imagery that felt premium and fashion-forward, but never distant or unattainable, reflecting KIABI’s core promise: fashion for everyone.
Influencer Strategy
To strengthen credibility and cultural relevance, we selected a cast that reflects modern Cyprus style culture:
- Pan Dragomir as the hero brand ambassador and main face of the campaign
- elkalia and theosblue as supporting creators, expanding relatability and expressing different fashion identities
Each creator was styled with a distinct look and attitude, allowing the collection to be expressed through multiple personalities, turning product variety into storytelling variety.
The Results
The campaign delivered a versatile and elevated Spring content platform for KIABI Cyprus, enabling:
- Cyprus-based visuals with strong emotional familiarity
- multiple looks showcasing product depth and styling range
- editorial-style photography elevating fashion perception
- influencer-led authenticity and reach
- strong content assets for social, digital placements, and PR storytelling
The Impact
This campaign positioned KIABI Cyprus not simply as a fashion retailer, but as a brand that understands the island, celebrates its beauty, and speaks the language of local lifestyle.
It proved that relevance isn’t created through louder production.
It’s created through cultural closeness.
Spring isn’t imported.
Spring is Cyprus.
And KIABI dressed it.
